The TSG apps collect no data.
This page covers the TSG apps for iPhone and iPad: Thåst Timing, Vero BAAMBI, TSG Lineup and TSG Sightline. None of them has an account, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. None of them stores anything about you, on the device or anywhere else. What follows is what each app touches, and why.
Thåst Timing
A broadcast clock. To show the right time, the app asks two services what time it is. Each request carries the time of asking and nothing that identifies you, the device or the app install.

Both services see the network address the request comes from, as any server does. Neither stores it in connection with the app. The app reads the device's motion sensors to move the reflection in the clock's glass; motion data never leaves the device and is not stored.
Vero BAAMBI
A loudness meter. The app listens to the microphone, or to a connected audio interface or Bluetooth device, and measures the signal on the device. Nothing is recorded, nothing is saved and nothing is sent anywhere: the audio exists only for as long as it takes to meter it. The app makes no network connections.
TSG Lineup
A line-up generator: test pictures, tones and idents, on the device's screen and on a connected external display. It uses the audio output to play tones. It makes no network connections and reads nothing from the device beyond the settings you choose, which stay on the device.
TSG Sightline
A camera-plan tool. Plans are drawn and kept on the device. When you choose to share a plan, the app hands a file, or a link that carries the plan inside the address, to the share sheet you pick; nothing is uploaded to any Thåst server, and no copy is kept anywhere but where you send it. The app makes no network connections of its own.
What none of them do
- No account, sign-in or purchase.
- No analytics, crash reporting or advertising frameworks.
- No location, camera, contacts, photos or calendar access.
- No identifiers collected, derived or shared.
Children
The apps are not directed at children and collect no data from anyone.
